PIPKO
FAQ

Questions about PIPKO

Plain answers, including the ones that are “not yet”. If yours is missing, ask on X at @pipko.

What is PIPKO?

PIPKO is a pixel-art game about building and upgrading computers on a small floating island you look after. You choose parts, wire up power, keep the machines cool and grow a workshop that opens more desks. Its token, $PIPKO, is planned for Solana.

How does PIPKO work?

Each rig on your island delivers op/s from its CPU, graphics card and memory. Rigs need room on the island grid, energy from a shared battery and enough cooling to stay under 75 °C. In today's practice build, output earns Bits, a browser-only credit you spend on parts, energy and builder jobs.

How do I buy $PIPKO?

Not yet: $PIPKO has not launched, and no contract address is official until it appears on this site and on our X account at the same time. After launch you would use a Solana wallet such as Phantom or Solflare, hold some SOL for fees, and swap on the venue linked from the token page.

Which network is PIPKO on?

Solana. The $PIPKO token, the wallet connection and every live number on this site use Solana mainnet. The practice game itself runs in your browser and does not touch any chain.

Is PIPKO audited?

Not yet. Nothing on-chain exists to audit today: there is no game contract, no reward vault and no NFT collection. If those are built, the plan is to publish the code and an independent review before anyone is asked to use them.

Is the game live?

It is in early access as a practice build. You can play the full build-and-upgrade loop in your browser right now, but nothing you do there is stored on a server or tied to $PIPKO. The connected, multiplayer version is still in development and has no release date yet.

Can I earn money playing PIPKO?

No promise of that is made. The practice build pays only Bits, which never leave your browser. A reward design for the full game is described in the docs as a draft; any rewards it ever paid would depend on other players and could be small or nothing. Do not play, or buy $PIPKO, expecting income.

Do I need a wallet to play?

No. The practice island opens without one. Connecting a wallet only shows your SOL balance today, and your $PIPKO balance after launch. The site never asks your wallet to sign or send anything.

What are Bits?

Bits are the practice build's credits. You start with 100, rigs earn more while they run, and you spend them in the Market and with the builder. They are saved in this browser only, so clearing site data or switching devices starts a new island.

Will there be NFTs?

An NFT boost with five tiers and a fusion step is a concept for later, described on the Fusion page and in the docs. No collection has been minted, there is no mint date and no allowlist is open. Anyone offering PIPKO NFTs today is not us.

How do the creator and collab programs work?

They are not taking submissions yet. The pages explain what we plan to ask for and let you draft a post or an application to keep. When they open, it will be announced on our X account and on these pages first.

Where is the official contract address?

On the token page, in the footer and in the CA slot of the top bar, all read from one setting. Until launch they all say "At launch". Treat any address you see elsewhere as unverified.
